Vannak azonban olyan esetek, amikor az orvosi rendel\u0151ben m\u00e9rt v\u00e9rnyom\u00e1s\u00e9rt\u00e9kek magasabbak, mint amit a p\u00e1ciens otthon vagy m\u00e1s k\u00f6rnyezetben tapasztal. Ezt a jelens\u00e9get nevezz\u00fck <strong>feh\u00e9r k\u00f6peny szindr\u00f3m\u00e1nak<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Mi az a feh\u00e9r k\u00f6peny szindr\u00f3ma?<\/strong><\/h3><p>A feh\u00e9r k\u00f6peny szindr\u00f3ma egy olyan \u00e1llapot, amikor a p\u00e1ciens v\u00e9rnyom\u00e1sa kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az orvosi k\u00f6rnyezetben mutat emelkedett \u00e9rt\u00e9keket, m\u00edg otthon vagy m\u00e1s nyugodt k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt norm\u00e1lis marad. Ez a jelens\u00e9g a szorong\u00e1s, a stressz vagy az orvoshoz \u00e9s k\u00f3rh\u00e1zi k\u00f6rnyezethez kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 f\u00e9lelem k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nye.<\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Mennyire gyakori a feh\u00e9r k\u00f6peny szindr\u00f3ma?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Kutat\u00e1sok szerint a feln\u0151tt lakoss\u00e1g <strong>10-30%-\u00e1t<\/strong> \u00e9rintheti. Gyakrabban fordul el\u0151 id\u0151sekn\u00e9l, szorong\u00e1sra hajlamos emberekn\u00e9l, illetve azokn\u00e1l, akiknek kor\u00e1bban nem diagnosztiz\u00e1lt\u00e1k a magasv\u00e9rnyom\u00e1s-betegs\u00e9get.<\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Meddig tekintj\u00fck norm\u00e1lisnak a v\u00e9rnyom\u00e1st?<\/strong><\/h3><p>A v\u00e9rnyom\u00e1s norm\u00e1lis \u00e9rt\u00e9ke a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151k\u00e9ppen alakul:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Optim\u00e1lis v\u00e9rnyom\u00e1s:<\/strong> 120\/80 Hgmm alatt<\/li><li><strong>Norm\u00e1lis v\u00e9rnyom\u00e1s:<\/strong> 120-129\/80-84 Hgmm<\/li><li><strong>Magas-norm\u00e1lis v\u00e9rnyom\u00e1s:<\/strong> 130-139\/85-89 Hgmm<\/li><\/ul><p>A hipert\u00f3nia hat\u00e1r\u00e9rt\u00e9ke <strong>140\/90 Hgmm<\/strong>, enn\u00e9l magasabb \u00e9rt\u00e9k eset\u00e9n m\u00e1r magasv\u00e9rnyom\u00e1s-betegs\u00e9gr\u0151l besz\u00e9l\u00fcnk. Feh\u00e9r k\u00f6peny szindr\u00f3ma eset\u00e9n el\u0151fordulhat, hogy a rendel\u0151ben 140\/90 feletti \u00e9rt\u00e9ket m\u00e9rnek, m\u00edg otthon 130\/85 alatt marad a v\u00e9rnyom\u00e1s.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fontos kiemelni, hogy a 170-es szisztol\u00e9s \u00e9rt\u00e9k vagy az af\u00f6l\u00f6tti m\u00e1r nem sorolhat\u00f3 a feh\u00e9r k\u00f6peny szindr\u00f3m\u00e1hoz! Ezekben az esetekben szorosabb kontroll sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges \u00e9s folyamatos m\u00e9r\u00e9sek is sz\u00fcks\u00e9gess\u00e9 v\u00e1lnak.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Hogyan lehet diagnosztiz\u00e1lni?<\/strong><\/h3><p>A feh\u00e9r k\u00f6peny szindr\u00f3ma felismer\u00e9s\u00e9hez az al\u00e1bbi m\u00f3dszerek seg\u00edthetnek:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Otthoni v\u00e9rnyom\u00e1sm\u00e9r\u00e9s:<\/strong> Naponta t\u00f6bbsz\u00f6r, nyugodt k\u00f6rnyezetben v\u00e9gzett m\u00e9r\u00e9sek seg\u00edtenek pontosabb k\u00e9pet kapni a val\u00f3di v\u00e9rnyom\u00e1sr\u00f3l.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>V\u00e9rnyom\u00e1s napl\u00f3 vezet\u00e9se:<\/strong> A m\u00e9rt \u00e9rt\u00e9kekr\u0151l, \u00e9rdemes v\u00e9rnyom\u00e1s napl\u00f3t vezetni ak\u00e1r digit\u00e1lisan ak\u00e1r pap\u00edron. \u00cdgy k\u00f6nny\u00edtve a diagn\u00f3zis lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9t.<\/li><li>\u00a0<strong>24 \u00f3r\u00e1s ambul\u00e1ns v\u00e9rnyom\u00e1sm\u00e9r\u00e9s (ABPM):<\/strong> Egy hordozhat\u00f3 eszk\u00f6z r\u00f6gz\u00edti a v\u00e9rnyom\u00e1st eg\u00e9sz nap, bele\u00e9rtve az \u00e9jszakai \u00f3r\u00e1kat is.
