Az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges koleszterinszint fenntart\u00e1sa \u00e9s rendszeres ellen\u0151rz\u00e9se az egyik leghat\u00e9konyabb m\u00f3dja annak, hogy cs\u00f6kkents\u00fck a <strong>sz\u00edvroham \u00e9s a stroke<\/strong> kock\u00e1zat\u00e1t.<\/span><\/p><h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Koleszterin t\u00edpusok \u00e9s hat\u00e1suk az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gre<\/span><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LDL Koleszterin: <strong>A \u201erossz\u201d<\/strong> koleszterinnek, mivel magas szintje az \u00e9rfalakban lerak\u00f3dik, \u00e9s \u00e9relmeszesed\u00e9st okozhat. A norm\u00e1l trigliceridszint 1,7 mmol\/L alatt van.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi\u00e9rt fontos \u00e9hgyomorra v\u00e9gezni a koleszterin vizsg\u00e1latot?<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A koleszterinszint m\u00e9r\u00e9se ide\u00e1lis esetben 12 \u00f3r\u00e1s \u00e9hez\u00e9s aj\u00e1nlott, mert a bevitt t\u00e1pl\u00e1l\u00e9k, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen a zs\u00edr \u00e9s a cukor, r\u00f6vid id\u0151n bel\u00fcl megv\u00e1ltoztathatja a v\u00e9r zs\u00edrszintj\u00e9t, \u00e9s \u00edgy torz\u00edthatja az eredm\u00e9nyeket.
