color:#3b7f68;\">h\u00fagy\u00fati fert\u0151z\u00e9sre<\/a> vagy gyullad\u00e1sra utalhat.  \r\n      Ebben a cikkben r\u00e9szletesen bemutatjuk, mi \u00e1llhat a h\u00e1tt\u00e9rben, \u00e9s mikor sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges urol\u00f3gushoz fordulni.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h2 style=\"font-size:28px; margin-top:50px;\">Mi az a leukocita \u00e9szter\u00e1z?<\/h2>\r\n    <p style=\"font-size:17px; line-height:1.7;\">\r\n      A leukocita-\u00e9szter\u00e1z egy enzim, amelyet a <strong>feh\u00e9rv\u00e9rsejtek (leukocit\u00e1k)<\/strong> termelnek.  \r\n      Feladata, hogy a szervezet v\u00e9dekez\u00e9s\u00e9ben r\u00e9szt vegyen a k\u00f3rokoz\u00f3k ellen.  \r\n      Amikor a vizeletben ez az enzim kimutathat\u00f3, az azt jelenti, hogy a szervezet a h\u00fagyutakban valamilyen fert\u0151z\u00e9ssel szemben v\u00e9dekezik.  \r\n      Ez\u00e9rt jelenhet meg a laboreredm\u00e9nyen a \u201eleukocita \u00e9szter\u00e1z pozit\u00edv\u201d megjel\u00f6l\u00e9s.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p style=\"font-size:17px; line-height:1.7;\">\r\n      Eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges ember vizelet\u00e9ben a leukocita \u00e9szter\u00e1z negat\u00edv, vagyis nem mutathat\u00f3 ki.  \r\n      A pozit\u00edv eredm\u00e9ny a legt\u00f6bb esetben gyullad\u00e1sra, leggyakrabban <a href=\"https:\/\/coordimed.hu\/index.php\/hugyuti-fertozes\/\" style=\"text-decoration:underline;
